The entire Raleigh Roof Rescue team did a fantastic job! From the very beginning, they (the owner and project managers together as a team) explained the process to us and left no questions unanswered. I truly felt like they cared about what we needed and wanted. Our roof was installed in two days and they cleaned up after the first night, as well as at the very end. There was no sign of us even having a roof installed – it was impeccable! Thank you all for such a smooth and seamless process. We would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or repairs!
We could not be happier with the service and the quality of their product. They made the whole process effortless for us, from contacting the insurance company to covering the myriads of stuff in our attic to prevent them from being covered by the debris, then coming after the installation to clean up the debris, even vacuuming the floor of the attic. They were on time for the initial appointment and the days they were there to install. there was not one negative experience, and we would highly recommend this company,
Thom and Cary were great, they answered all my questions and were very responsive. The work that was done is excellent and is really done with pride and quality. The work was completed on time (1 day and beat the rain storm). There is a supervisor on the job at all times to ensure work is done up to their and the customer’s standards. Their attitude is great and they really do work to earn your business and I found them very easy to work with and honest to deal with. Awesome job and would work with them in the future without hesitation.
I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs a new roof. The two owners were friendly, on time, and answered all of my questions. There were no surprises and they did an excellent job, both on our roof and working with our insurance company. Bonus: I learned a lot about fire safety as both owners are retired fire fighters. These guys do great work, you will not be disappointed.
